  • Then slowly place the short ribs filled bags into the water bath and leave for 2 days.
  • After 48 hours of cooking, remove the bags from the water bath and pat them dry. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the beef short ribs and massage well so the taste seeps in deeper.
  • Place the pan on the heat and add some butter. Then slowly add minced garlic and stir well until it gets soften.
  • Add red wine and let it boil. When it starts boiling, gently add beef broth and leave it to cook, and get reduced by half.
